1. DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders are shipped one by one directly from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of order placement. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday; Weekend orders ship Mondays and Tuesdays. The estimated delivery time starts from the day your order is shipped. Please note that we cannot make major changes or cancel an order once it has been placed.


2. PREORDERS

All pre-order products will be shipped on or before the delivery date indicated on the product page. If your order includes both an in-stock product and a pre-order product, they will ship at the same time when the pre-order product arrives.

5. FEES

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any import or customs fees related to your order. Please check your country's regulations to see if there will be additional costs. This includes import fees for orders shipped with FREE Express Shipping.

If your order incurs duties and taxes and you refuse to pay, the charges will be deducted from any refund made.


6. LATE OR LOST ORDERS

When placing your order, please ensure you specify the correct delivery address, as FPRO cannot be held responsible for missing packages sent to the wrong address or having been requested to be handed over to a neighbor or to an external building.

Any order discrepancies regarding missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing by email at info@fpro.shop.

If your order is returned to the warehouse due to an incorrect address, we will ask you to pay the shipping costs necessary to return it.

If you refuse to pay shipping costs, we will deduct them from any refund made.

Items not received but tracking shows they were delivered

This may occur when items are sent to a workplace. In some cases, your item may have been delivered to a mailroom or to a colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it.

We do not refund or replace tracked items that are shown as having been delivered. For this reason, we always recommend having items delivered to a secure address.


7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us by email at info@fpro.shop within 14 days of receiving your item. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or provide you with an exchange.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Our mobile app provides lifetime access to all features and benefits. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any purchases, including FPRO™ APP ACCOUNT purchases. We may make changes to the application without notice. If you encounter any issues, please contact our customer support team. By purchasing lifetime access, you agree to our no-refund policy and terms and conditions. In the scenario where a customer purchases a product and sends it to a non-EU country, but refuses to pay customs tax charges, resulting in the product being returned to the sender, the policy point of following return applies.
  • Please note that we do not accept returns of FPRO™️ GRIP SOCKS and FPRO™ Shin Guard Stays due to hygiene and safety reasons. We advise customers to carefully review product specifications and sizing information before making a purchase.

    The customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, as well as any additional fees or charges incurred during the return process. The original purchase price of the product will be refunded, less return shipping costs and any additional fees or charges. The refund will be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected by the seller. It is important to note that the seller cannot be held responsible for any customs tax charges that the customer refused to pay and will not refund any such charges.
